There is a man whom I have recieved threatening emails from. This man is a convicted sex offender. I mean, dirty, nasty emails… right here on yahoo answers. He has taken his first name and his avatar off of his profile, now. I am trying to work with the police department in his city because he has confided in me that he is planning on raping a woman and very young daughter.
This is really nasty stuff and there is no way I could get away with any of it on any public forum…. you can email me with your email address if you would like to view it. I started out trying to help him find low income mental health services in his area. I have contacted child welfare and police department in his area, however, they are not having much luck finding out who he is.
He said in his original question that he was a sex offender and someone was trying to convince him to commit a crime (the molestation of the woman’s daughter.)
As far as him being like a heavy breather, had he not threatened someone else, I would not even bother…

The PD should be able to get his IP address and track him that way. Keep copies of everything that he sends.

You may also want to contact the local media in the city he said he’s from. PD will not like it, but if it appears they will not do anything (or go too slow) it may be worth contacting the media. They often will have the resources and expertise to track people through the internet.

The good news maybe be that as disturbed as he is, he is likely to be all talk. People can take on whatever personna (including the very sick) under the amonity of the internet, and threaten things that they wouldn’t do in real life.

I live in new york and am graduating from college. the positions are for management in training programs. and i currently work part time with almost no responsiblities making 13/hour somewhere else.

im not sure how much you get paid at these places but I do know depending on where you live… the Kohls that my sister worked at was TERRIBLE she made descent money but they were just terrible there! Yea… so i guess it truely depends on where you live and I think kohl’s starts paying at… around… 6 or 7 bucks?

My landlord & I been going back & forth for a couple of months now. It just turned a year on my lease, I did not renew it so she gave me a 2 sentence letter saying basically that she want possession of the premises within 60 days. Rent is being paid by Housing Authority every month, & she just don’t make repairs. It’s been a year that I’ve been bugging her about the mice & roach infestation that’s going on in the building. I have written letters from her & I discussing the situation & me basically saying that I’ve been patient for a year and she needs to hurry up & fix the situation. There’s been about 4 times in a year that she brought an inspector & the issue still remains. I cant afford to move right now because I don’t have the $$$ for security deposit and that’s what she keeps telling me to do. My belongings are messed up, such as I had to throw away a homemade pie (pasteles)machine that costs me $150- which I have the receipt. I have most letters we wrote back & forth, I have pictures of mice’s, roaches, repairs & damaged clothing. I bought my kids summer clothes & they are all ruin with holes. This is stressing me out so much…. She is also charging me for hallway lights, I had the inspector come to confirm it-when she’s suppose to pay for it. She thinks I’m stupid and that she could do whatever she wants to me. My sofa’s need to be thrown out because it has mice’s. What should I bring to court that can help me get some type of reimbursement for my damaged properties & extra money I paid on my electric bill for hallway light for a whole year. My landlord is really a slumlord. I have a son with asthma and my kids have been sick through the whole year. I contacted legal aid and gave me info on who else I should contact, but they cant help me no more, I’ve done everything possible to help myself with the situation (I think). I also contacted the city for an inspection & health dept. I also have problems with my power- it keeps shutting off, I had to call the fire dept to get my power back on because she refused to come and put it on herself. I have reports from the inspections & police dept. What can I bring so the judge can be on my side & hear me out? Help…Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Fly to one of the east European countries and head to a small city or village, not the capital city.
Prague is way more expensive than the other towns in Czech republic, the same goes for Bratislava and Slovakia, Budapest and Hungary and so on.
Beach resorts are often also more expensive than the countryside around, but might be worth it.

In February you can go for winter sports in the northern half of Europe, including Czech republic, Slovakia and Poland, or for the sun in the south, take your pick.
