The traffic is so heavy today, even bus refused to move.
No bus deter Malacca go to town.

Advantage of electric fast train ease local tour, foreign tour and Malacca people to move around the city.
It will attract more people to our heritage site, jonker walk and mini eco-park.

I hope Malacca town council, local government and Honorable Chief Minister of Malacca look into this matter fast to raise Malacca revenue as well standard of living in town.

Whenever you send an e-mail to a city offical there’s a disclaimer that says don’t send this email unless you’re ok with your email address being disclosed in a public records request. What’s the approriate way to request e-mail addresses from a government? Do I say "I’m requesting a list of all the e-mail addresses the government has gotten e-mails from in 2009?" Thoughts?

No, in fact completly wrong.
All you have to do is email them and say something like "I am requesting an answer under The Freedom of Information Act". Might take a while but you’ll get a reply eventually.

Can you ever "fight city hall" and win? Or is it inevitable that local government will prevail, even when a US citizen’s 4th Amendment rights have been violated by that local (city) government?

Most likely they will win ive seen it happen before.There is the possibilaty you can hire some fancy pricey lawyer and win but if your on here for advice i doubt thats probable.sometimes they change or drop the charge against you in situations like this im not an expert but from how it sounds youll probably have to take it to a higher court to get any respect.please if its true what happened and your not in the wrong dont let them walk all over you otherwise they think its allright to do it to the next guy.I wish you the best of luck with your case.

Gold Coast, Queensland – when people use this name do they mean the city or a region?

Wikipedia says it is a city and local government area but doesn’t show the city itself on a map. When people talk about the Gold Coast do they mean Gold Coast City or the surrounding collection of suburbs and beaches? Is Gold Coast City itself really small?

The Gold Coast is a city in its’ own right & stretches from the NSW border along the coastal strip & extending into the surrounding hinterland & all the way to Coomera in the north , near Dreamworld .

Generally speaking , most people think of the popular beaches like Surfer’s Paradise , Broadbeach & Burleigh when they think of the Gold Coast but it really is a much bigger area than that .

And they command the cops to triple up on enforcement, and they even write new stupid laws to entrap people?

You beat ya! They are all ready doing that here in NYC. The mayor has approved the hiring of 100’s of more traffic/parking enforcement agents and they also make it harder for you to prove that you did not commit the infraction.
