I’m writing a short story and I want to write about a city with lots of beautiful fields and forests and has lots of snowfall in the winter. Can someone lsit me the city name and the state?
Take a look at Truckee, California.
Truckee averages almost 200 inches (over 16 feet) of snow a year, is located in the dense forests of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. I’m sure you could find a few fields up there too!
Hey everyone, well i’m starting a band soon and I was just curious about what Christopher drew and owl city use to make their music. Do they use a certain type of software or computer? Do they have alot of expensive equipment? I’ve heard from some people they don’t even use alot of things to make their music sound so good, but anyways if somone knows or at least has a general idea about what they use that would be great if you could let me know. Thanks guys!
thats a good question tell us if u find out xD
I’m a college student in Hawaii who wants to become a commercial real estate broker.. I don;t know if i should stay in honolulu or head back to the mainland where i am from.. Would I find it easier to break into the business in a major city in California? With a college degree in finance and a desire to succede what are my chances for success in this industry? Also what are some other careers in commercial real estate?
Thanks
Hi here’s my opinion on where commercial real estate will be booming.
1. Austin,Houston,Dallas, Texas
2. Jacksonville,Panama City,Florida
3. Las Vegas,Nevada
You need to be near major cities like these that I feel haven’t peaked yet, especially in texas and florida. I would steer clear of California, too over priced.
If I were you I’d also consider investment banking in NYcity, some of these guys make $250,000 just in bonuses. Best of luck man.
What is the best city in Australia to live in which has the best climate (a mild one) and the best quality of life (not too much expensive, easy to find a job etc.)
and of course a city that has great beauty as well.
Melbourne or Sydney, each are good but it depends on how ‘everyday living’ appeals to people. And of course the attractions.
I live in dearborn now and im looking forward to move and im looking for a city in michigan that is great and has Arab-Americans.
dearborn
Is it Rock Hill or Charlotte?
FIRST CITY is Columbia because of the Government and the Capital City.
But what is the second important city?
First of all, Charlotte is in North Carolina.
I would rate them:
#1 – Charleston (historic and cultural center)
#2 – Myrtle Beach (economic generator)
#3 – Columbia (government center)

i’m going to school to be an interior designer and i’m about to get my degree and i was just wondering by opinion where the best city for an interior designer is? or state? did anyone else think connecticut? haha just let me know! thanks guys!
Absolutely, hands down LA. I’ve done projects all over the world and that is a market where you will always have more work than you can or want to handle if you are good. Sorry, Connecticut wouldn’t even make my top 10..
Shambhala is the name of the city in Uncharted 2, where the Chintamani Stone, is supposed to be hidden. When you finally arrive to Shambhala in the game, it is a wide open city in a valley of mountains. Clearly it would have been discovered at this point, and would not really have been a hidden city. Why wouldn’t they put the city underground somewhere?
Hahaha.
That was EXACTLY what I thought. Surely they could just land a plane from the sky. There was no point of going through those temples. It should’ve been underground, like you said.
Oh well, it’s only a game.
