The big thing to remember in setting up your scanner for EDACS is to put the frequencies in the correct LCN order. Start at channel 1 in the chosen bank. For GRE & RS scanners do not start at channel xx0 in any bank ie 100 200, 300, 400, etc..

I know that the name of the owner to the land is recorded in some city department, but I am unsure of which one. Can anyone please help me? The city is Bloomington, IN.

If you have the address of the property you can usually go on line to your local property taxing agency enter the address & the name of the owner should pop up along with the property description. www.wevaluebloomington.org this is the website you should check into.

Check the government pages in the Telephone Directory. They always put them in there unless there is a separate directory for governmental departments and offices for each city and state.

It would be the rare law enforcement officer, indeed, who would sell out the safety of a fellow officer. That’s not to say corruption doesn’t happen, but this particular type of corruption would be very rare.

It is NOT simply based off the population of a town, though they do use the population to determine min number hired. It actually is based of the crime rate.
